Severe Hunger in Burundi, please pray for Burundi and help.

Dear Prayer Partner,

Greetings from CCD BURUNDI.

 With the present note, I would like to inform you that nowadays 3 provinces of Burundi are experienced severe hunger, there provinces are Kirundo, Muyinga and Ruyingi. Some people from these provinces have already gone to Tanzania to look for help and many schoolchildren have stopped going to school because of hunger situation.

CCD BURUNDI would like to provide food to the most effected households and providing food to schools in those provinces. Once schoolchildren are fed, they will be able to continue to be educated.

We are requesting you to pray for this situation to be finished. May our God help us to get enough food for our beloved people. Please consider sending any help that will enable us to provide emergency food aid to our people who are facing severe hunger in Burundi.
